Why We Do What We Do
At COKER FAM INDEPENDENT LIVING LLC, our mission is to provide affordable, dignified housing that empowers individuals to live independently and with purpose. We believe that where you live shapes how you live — and we take that responsibility seriously.
We created Cokerfam because we saw a gap in the community: too many people — veterans, seniors, return citizens, and low-income individuals — were struggling to find housing that was both affordable and truly livable. We set out to change that.
Every room in our home is thoughtfully prepared. Every resident is treated with respect. And every day, we work to make sure our community feels less like a transitional house and more like a real home.
